La ubicación en la montaña es muy tranquila. El servicio de las personas fue muy bueno: disposición y amabilidad. Las amenidades nos gustaron mucho: jacuzzi, las aves ornamentales, la caminata a la cascada.
Que la habitación asignada tuvieron que acomodarla a último momento por un problema que se les presentó en otra. El hotel resolvió, sólo que para tres personas se tornaba menos confortable.

Las instalaciones están bien distribuidas, el personal en especial el Administrador muy amable
Mal olor en el chalet, especialmente en el jacuzzi, el agua estaba con un color sucio, el aseo no fue bien hecho se notó que fue de afán porque entregaron tarde el chalet, deterioro en las cosas del hotel sillas, mesas de billar baños, la piscina estaba sucia, el jacuzzi principal sucio y percudido nada que ver con las fotos que muestran, la Comida muy mala sin sabor terrible, falta de personal y bastante lejos del pueblo….. en relación al precio decepcionante por poco y me voy la segunda noche pero ya había hecho mi pago
