- Spacious enough for all six of us and easy to find.
- Reliable Wi-Fi throughout the chalet.
- Peaceful location surrounded by nature, with no noise from nearby neighbours.
- Maintenance and customer service were quick and responsive — even on a Sunday, they came to fix the shower and toilet.
- Front door lock was tricky to figure out and required multiple tries each time.
- Upstairs bathroom was largely unusable on the first day except for handwashing.
- Dishwasher had leftover food from previous guests.
- Several maintenance issues: broken garbage bin lid, damaged floorboard, and chipped cutlery.
- No soap or body wash provided in bathrooms.
- AC/ventilation was poor — one upstairs unit didn’t effectively cool the downstairs bedrooms.
- No instructions for BBQ or outdoor table setup.
- Shower stalls felt quite small.
