The Space:
The chalet is part of a duo of residences. You will have exclusive access to The Grizzly, while The Bear, its neighboring unit, is located right next door. Each has its own privacy, but the outdoor yard is shared between the two properties.

Stayed here with some friends on a ski trip, very close to Le Massif, nice and comfortable place to stay!

Nice place and well laid out. A corkscrew, rubber spatula and pasta strainer would have made meals a bit easier to prepare
Beds were comfy and hot tub was a nice touch after a full day of skiing.

The property was nice. However note that the owner does NOT disclose on its online house rules the existence of its noise aware technology and associated fines for 'unacceptable noise' after 11 pm. We were with four guests only and 'tripped' the noise with a simple card game and low level music. Undisclosed and unreasonable invasion of privacy.
