'Casa Ideal' A22 - Las Arenas Complex

The location was spot on. Close to all the bars restaurants shops beach. We had a full tv package including Sky sports. Hubby was happy as he could watch some sport whilst I sunbathed around the pool. Claire was amazing she was always on hand to sort any issues out. Even came over with fresh beach towels and showed us how to use the tv box. The washing machine was fabulous and the washing dried within half hour on the balcony. The balcony was a little suntrap from lunchtime onwards. The pool was lovely not too deep. The pool man kept it very clean.

The bedding and pillows need updating. The bed itself was very comfortable. The pillows were lumpy and the bed sheets old. The sofa in the lounge wasn't very comfortable.

Great location, nice and peaceful, good facilities. Close to shops, restaurants etc

Nothing

Great location and apartment was nice and comfortable with good facilities provided, with a fully fitted kitchen.

We lost our internet connection on the 4th day, host made aware and sent a neighbour to have a look, who was baffled as well as all seemed to be in order, understand provider was also aware and acknowledged connection lost at 8.50 am on the Saturday and was advised to check all wiring to and from router with no success. Internet not sorted before we left which also stopped us watching any TV. A hair dryer in the room as well would have been nice
