The house is very nice, the location is great and the owner is very supportive!

Casa cocheta, terasa generoasa, bucatarie utilata mult peste alte proprietati inchiriate in alte locuri, masina de spalat haine, aer conditionat, plase de tantari la aproape toate usile si ferestrele (doar usa de la balconul dormitorului matrimonial nu avea) Proprietarul raspunde foarte repede la mesaje si ne-a rezolvat rapid o mica problema cu boilerul. Plaja Lagoudi este la 6-7 minute de mers pe jos, nu are bar, dar este superba, apa mica la intrare, chiar daca cu pietricele la intrare, apoi este nisip. Doua brutarii foarte aproape cu variante multiple in meniu deschise de la 7. Restaurante deosebite in apropiere, satul foarte cochet si curat. Mici probleme la a gasi locatia, aplicatia waze ne-a complicat drumul pe stradute de piatra inguste. Cel mai simplu este sa se ia stanga imediat dupa tabla de intrare in statiune si nu pe drumul inainte care duce la zona de faleza. Parcarea, un plus important.

This house was definitely made to be someone’s summer house and not for rent, because it is fully equipped (brand new kitchen, new laundry machine, multiple air conditioners etc.) and one could stay there for weeks if not months. We arrived by car, it was easily reachable from three points: from the main road when you are going south and pass Afissos exit, from the beginning of the Afissos and from the center little square. Parking space was level and spacious. The property is very close to the sea and Afissos center. You can go to the main beach by foot, it is easy stroll no more than 10 minutes , and even the Lagoudi beach is reachable by foot. It was spacious and could easily host more than four of us. It has bathroom and additional toilet. It was super clean. Host was very kind and assertive. Would definitely recommend this property.
