Μοντέρνο, πεντακάθαρο και άνετο διαμέρισμα για τετραμελή οικογένεια. Η Κάτω Γατζέα είναι παραλιακός οικισμός, με όμορφα ταβερνάκια, παραλία και εύκολη πρόσβαση από τον Βόλο (20 λεπτά από τον παραλιακό δρόμο). Τουλάχιστον για το τριήμερο της Καθαράς Δευτέρας (όταν και διαμείναμε) ήταν άνετο το πάρκινγκ στο δρόμο, ο παραλιακός έκλεισε και τα παιδιά έπαιξαν με ασφάλεια. Η τοποθεσία είναι ιδανική για εκδρομές στα χωριά του Πηλίου (Πινακάτες, Βυζίτσα, Άγιος Λαυρέντιος, Πορταριά, Μακρυνίτσα, στα 20-30 λεπτά).
Το διαμέρισμα, πιθανότατα, ήταν κλειστό για κάποιο διάστημα μετά τα Χριστούγεννα. Ήταν κάπως κρύο λόγω και της παραθαλάσσιας υγρασίας. Με το κλιματιστικό και τα δύο θερμαντικά σώματα (1 σε κάθε δωμάτιο) καταφέραμε να το ζεστάνουμε. Αλλά χρειαζόταν κάτι παραπάνω ώστε να είναι ζεστό. Θα μπορούσε να είναι λίγο φθηνότερο ή/ και να παρέχονται ίσως κάποιες επιπλέον παροχές (π.χ. μπουκάλι νερού ή ένα υποτυπώδες καλωσόρισμα).
