free street parking lot right in front of the apartment; two bedrooms - each with double bed and AC, two bathrooms - one connected with one bedroom; fully equipped kitchen and washing machine. additionally as bonus, helpful owner/lady running the business.
within about 70m there are two minimercados and 150m is a pizzeria.
nothing at all, only in a case you do not have a car, then more careful logistic planning could be needed.

Belle petite maison confortable avec tout l’équipement nécessaire. l’hôte est très gentille
Le manque d’insonorisation (extérieur/intérieur), les coqs sont très bruyants sur une longue période de temps.

Logement fonctionnel, très propre et très bien équipé. Logeuse à l'écoute des attentes et très réactive lors de nos échanges.
Un peu de circulation dans la rue et terrasse qui ne bénéficie pas d'une belle vue (bâche tendue en face du logement).
