The Shore House hosts a lovely pool overlooking the beach with a shaded lounging area. This intimate complex will take you away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life and let you enjoy the laid-back beachy atmosphere of Indian Shores.
Indian Shores is a quiet beach community just south of Indian Rocks Beach that is popular with everyone from snowbirds to seabirds. It is laden with Florida charm and fiery sunsets and its assortment of shops and restaurants help visitors feel right at home. Just 19 blocks long, it is known for its friendly atmosphere, panoramic beaches, great seafood, and tropical wildlife. It is home to the Suncoast Seabird Sanctuary, one of the largest nonprofit bird hospitals in the US, and the fun-filled Splash Harbour Water Park.

Check-in time: 4:00 p.m.
Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
The county is completing an emergency beach erosion control project on the beaches in Pinellas County. The next stage is for Indian Shores beaches, which is scheduled for preparations on December 8, 2023, with work beginning on Monday, December 11, 2023. The project is slated to last until January 31, 2024. Beaches will be closed in the area during this time and will not be accessible to guests.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Our family has stayed in this unit for the last two years. Everything about this place is perfect for a FL beach vacation. Great location, small condo which allows for a wide open beach and relaxing pool. We hope to continue visiting Shorehouse 502 in the future.

This was a good condo in a very good area. There have been recent updates in the living room and kitchen which are very nice. The patio was wonderful and you have a full front view of the ocean. Easy access to the beach right off of the pool which was also very nice. Plenty of pots and pans. Dishes for cooking. The hot water was plentiful and the water pressure was fabulous. This is a very quiet building and the pool area was very clean. We found check-in and check out very easy. We would stay again.
