Our property is conveniently located halfway between Clearwater and St. Pete Beaches, making it the perfect spot to take pleasure in everything these beautiful areas have to offer. There is a convenient, low cost (adorable) trolley that goes up and down Gulf Blvd and can take you to BOTH world famous beaches.

For lunch, choose from dozens of fun, beachy spots up and down Gulf Blvd. For dinner, take advantage of a short 5-minute WALK to the amazing Salt Rock Grill for incredible seafood and steaks! Indulge in some cocktails and walk back to Sunset Sanctuary; no driving required!

Situated less than an hour from Tampa, you can enjoy some of the BEST sports in the country ("Champa Bay") including the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and Tampa Bay Lightning! Per house rules, parties are NOT allowed.  Overnight guests that are not included in the reservation are NOT allowed.  Please keep the volume down after 10pm.  This is a family-friendly home.  Maximum two families per booking.  Maximum two vehicles per our driveway. No smoking or pets.

Please rinse sand off feet and body with provided hose before entering our home.

Please shower before entering the hot tub to avoid sand and sunscreen from clogging the spa.  It is not a commercial hot tub and can be damaged by sunscreen, lotions and sand.

Children are not allowed to ride the elevator alone or for fun.  Read elevator rules before using.  Homeowners are not responsible for anyone misusing the elevator or spa.  Children are not allowed in the spa unattended. Use responsibly.

The spa cover must be closed AT ALL TIMES when not in use. Do not exceed water temp of 100 degrees F.

Please place all trash and recycling in the outside bins before departing. Please place used towels on the laundry room floor or start a load of wash if you are able. You may leave any unopened canned drinks, bottled water, soda or alcohol behind, and we will pay it forward to other guests.
