Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

This is a very cute condo. Only complaint is the master bath definately needs updated. Other than that everything is clean and decorated beautifully.

This is our third year at the Reef Club. We love the location and the amenities especially the pool, hot tub and tennis/pickleball courts. We were also quite impressed with the landscaping repair after the hurricane damaged the area.

The condo was nice and great kitchen and balcony. The front bedroom is small and gets hot, but the other two bedrooms are a good size.
