We loved being on the first floor and having our own staircase down to the pool/beach area - so convenient! We loved our beach - people, but not crowded. We also enjoyed the Pickleball courts and walking to cute coffee shops/cafes near by. The condo was nice and perfect size for our group of 7. Great view from the balcony. Great sunsets on the beach or balcony. The girls enjoyed hanging out on the balcony all hours of the day/night.
It would be nice to have instructions how to use main room tv. The bedrooms with the king and queen beds could use some kind of luggage stands. There was mold in the guest bathroom shower.
Overall we loved our stay and would return and recommend.
