Right on Indian Rocks Beach! This location was ideal and the room was very comfortable, this beach is way better than staying right on Clearwater Beach, as that is super crowded; if you are looking for more of a family environment with not being overcrowded, this is it! There were many very good restaurants right near the unit, and a Publix very close by as well.Be sure you plan to carpool with your guests, if you have more than 2 cars coming. There was supposed to be parking across the street between 10th and 11th, but this was not really accurate as all spots would have blocked other people's driveways had we parked there. We had to park offsite and shuttle some of our family that was visiting for the day. Also, the outdoor gate access code we were given was not correct, we were given 3 codes and none worked, we had to get the code from another guest. All in all, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this location other than those 2 minor issues. The room was nice, but the unit could use some updating.

Property was nice and in good location. Overall clean. Floors were oily and dirty. Wifi did not work. Pool and beach codes did not work. Had to get them from other people on the property. No remedies after notified offered other than reboot the modem which did not work.
