We had a great stay at this property. We've been renting houses in the Helen area for over 15 years, and have found that a lot of the houses seem way too big or too expensive for our group size. This one fit the bill perfectly for a single family or two families wanting to meet up in the area. Loved the back deck and the outdoor patio area, and Innsbruck is always a great place to stay in general. Why didn't we give it five stars? Mostly just a bunch of little presentation or convenience things that places we'd consider to be five stars don't have going on. Having zero lights on anywhere on the property made arrival after dark very difficult, particularly given the unique driveway layout relative to how you approach the house from the street. The house felt like it had probably been cleaned after the last stay, but that maybe some time had passed between that and our stay as all of the rooms had cobwebs in the corners, grease trap tins from the grille were scattered around the patio, and the downstairs bedrooms had a fair amount of centipede carcasses on the floor (and some live ones) that needed to be cleaned up before we could fully move in. Combine that with rushed repairs (painting around fixtures and toilets), and it kind of felt like we were staying in someone's project. These were small things though, and this place could totally be a five star winner with a little more TLC.

This was our first trip to Helen. The cabin is super cute and cozy. Conveniently located. Everything the description states and more. I am so impressed with the rental process of this property. So smooth and quick to respond. Even gave us some recommendations to see and do while we were there. We will definitely be back.

We had a great time visiting. There was plenty of room and the view as gorgeous. We were all comfortable and the drive into Helen was short and easy. We are planning to go again and possibility make it a yearly event!
