Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). Excellent location! Walking distance to a couple of shops and several restaurants! The house was directly on the beach and the pool was refreshing after a day at the beach! Can't wait to book again soon!

The condo and pool were nice.
However, the elevator was out of service during our entire stay. After looking at prior reviews on Vacasa after we arrived, it looks like the elevator has been out of service for weeks, but the property manager had not told us in advance. The condo is at the top of four steep flights of stairs. Our grandma and our dog both had difficulty getting up and down the stairs to the unit. If there is anyone in your party who may have difficulty with stairs, would recommend confirming with the property that the elevator is actually functioning before booking.
