The home is like new, quiet with special floors & solid doors. Land and water on three sides of you.For peoples who enjoy their food (huge gourmet kitchen), their boating (2 kayaks, 2 inner tubes & two boat docks), their wine (wine cooler), their fun (3 bikes, frisbees, baseball mitts, corn-hole, ping pong, beach stuff), their water (fish from the dock or sunbathe on the beach), their work (office desks and super fast WIFI MESH), their lounging (huge leather couch & 70" TV with YouTubeTV) their own bathrooms (we have five), their quiet time (nothing but water and land on three sides of you located at the end of a culdesac) their TESLA (have socket bring your cable) you will love Beauty and the Beach!

Get back to the simple ways of life... beaching, tubing, fishing, biking, eating!

IS THERE REALLY FISHING? OMG yes! You can see the large beauties swimming around the docs. You have shrimp buckets and two reels all you need is some shrimp available 1/2 miles down Gulf Blvd. Please send us a pic!

BUT NO POOL... Who needs a tiny pool when you have the huge, very private intercostal canal. When was the last time you had a squirt gun fight paddling in inner tubes (squirt guns and tubes provided!)? When was the last time you and your partner or kids kayaked together (we have one big one and one lil one with life jackets and paddles)? Belly Flop Contest? Right off the NEW docks with easy ladder to get back up. WEAR SHOES for there are lots of shells.

IS THERE REALLY BIKES? YES! Three bikes of three sizes. Also, three scooters!

ALL access and home is privately yours. The beach is a 6 minute walk with nice sidewalks directly down from the 7th street beach access (shower and all). There are two garages for play (ping-ping, corn hole) or to park your car (two of the four garages are the owners area) and four parking spaces definitely large enough for an RV.

Sherrall and Steve are 5 Star hosts for over four years on three properties. We are a phone call away but our Property Manager lives next door and is here to help you with anything. Steve and Sherrall are also available.

Located on a quiet cul de sac you have nothing but land and water on three sides of you. We know of no reported crime in over eight years (probably longer but that's as far as can go back). Police are 3 minutes away and hospital 12 minutes. You are walking distance to fine restaurants, lively bars, brewery, ice cream stores, putt putt golf and so much more. The beach is three blocks with push button crosswalk directly to a very private beach entrance with showers.

The City limits of Indian Rocks Beach (IRB) is approximately 3 miles long (from north to south) along Gulf Blvd. Based solely on its size, Indian Rocks is generally considered to be a walkable, pedestrian friendly city. With totally renovated street system there is wide, designated walking and bike riding areas next to the road. Unique to IRB is that it is only 2-Way (versus 4-Way in beaches north and south of us) so you can walk and ride in safety.

Peddle power is a great way to get around and see the sites during your visit to Indian Rocks Beach. Whether you bring your own bicycle (we have three there with helmets), take advantage of bicycles provided by your vacation rental host, or rent a bicycle from one of the local rental businesses; cycling is a fun, healthy, and inexpensive way to explore all of the beach communities. You can even rent a covered passenger trailer and take your dog along for the ride!

Golf Carts are a great way to get around on Indian Rocks Beach and visit surrounding beach towns. Bring your own cart or rent a golf cart.

Getting around Indian Rocks Beach and the neighboring Pinellas barrier-island beach towns is inexpensive, fun, easy, and convenient when you take advantage of the Pinellas Suncoast Beach Trolley service. The Suncoast Beach Trolley runs from Clearwater Beach (north), to Pass-A-Grille (south), and stops at specially marked "Trolley Stop" locations along the entire Gulf Blvd. route.

Want to bring your boat or personal watercraft with you during your visit to Beauty and the Beach in Indian Rocks Beach? Please be sure to check-out the Florida Boating Regulations before you arrive.

There are several public boat launches available for boaters to use when visiting Indian Rocks Beach. Don't have a boat or personal watercraft? No problem, there are plenty of places nearby where you can rent one for a half-day, full-day, week or more. You can dock it at our docks!

If you plan to drive while you are visiting Indian Rocks Beach you'll want to take note of the Fish Mile Markers. These colorful Markers are placed along the main road(s) that run(s) the length of the Pinellas County Gulf Beaches barrier islands. Beginning in Pass A Grille (most southern point) at mile marker 0, the signs will guide you through all of the barrier island beach towns to mile marker 25 in Clearwater Beach (most northern point). Indian Rocks Beach begins at mile marker 16 and ends at mile marker 18.

Sherrall and Steve are 5 Star hosts and make sure your stay is clean and perfect. We typically leave good coffee (have three great coffee machines) and a bottle of vino if you like it!

We had a great stay at this property. It had plenty of space for all of us to spread out! Each room had it's own bathroom and the rooms were very large with comfortable beds! The home was located at the end of a culdesac, so there was no traffic and it was very quiet. My kids enjoyed the kayak and fishing from the dock.

The house is great for a group. It was well stocked with anything we needed. It has four large bedrooms each with their own full bath. It was only a three minute walk to the beach. Th owner and housing manager were great to work with.

House was only a few blocks to the beach! Close to trolley stop so we rose that to John’s Pass Village and the Seafood Festival. Kitchen has all you need to make meals to enjoy at “home” or many good restaurants close by, ice cream is an easy walk as are some shops. Pickleball courts about a mile away on 15th street.

We had a good time with family time and the beach, but Not a very good welcome at first. I hadn’t even moved luggage in and received an email saying I owed more money because there was a dog with our party. Got a little upset because I paid $200. Extra already and apparently whoever did not check this. Along this same line there should be consideration as to the breed of the dog because ours was a miniature aussydoodle which has hypoallergenic non shedding hair. There was no extra cleanup for this dog, especially not $200. The floors had not been mopped as your socks would be filthy when you walked on the floor. All the showers need hand rails or grab handles put in them to help from falling. The living room East and West sides need shades or curtains to close or open as needed because you don’t want the sun blaring in all the time. Seems neighborhood you have to walk through to get to the beach is not that safe. One day police were called to a man and woman fighting in the street and seemed high on something. Other days there were people in the street acting irrationally. I was not real thrilled with our surroundings in this area.
