Le Cannet, on the outskirts of Cannes, CÔTE D'AZUR: newly renovated, quiet two-bedroom apartment with a terrace, air conditioning, and Wi-Fi, overlooking the garden.
It is located in a very quiet, upscale residential complex. Ideal for family vacations with children or with friends.
Apartment on the 2nd floor with an elevator (three floors total in the building).
Apartment size: 75 m² + 15 m² terrace.

Available for weekly, biweekly, or monthly rentals. (No nightly rentals; minimum stay of 2 nights).

- 13 m² (1 bed measuring 160 x 200 or 2 beds measuring 80 x 200, depending on your preference)
- 11 m² (1 bed measuring 160 x 200)
Living room: 1 sofa bed (140 x 190)
Total sleeping capacity: 6.
Bathroom with walk-in shower and double sink.
Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, fridge-freezer combo, glass-ceramic cooktop, range hood, conventional oven and microwave, kettle, toaster, and Nespresso coffee maker.
Separate half-bath with hand sink.
Air conditioning and fiber-optic Wi-Fi.
Corner apartment with natural light flowing through. Very bright.
Quiet street with little foot traffic and no traffic noise.
Cannes city center, Palais des Festivals, and beaches are a 10-minute drive away; Golfe-Juan and Juan-les-Pins are 15 minutes away; Nice Airport is 20 minutes away; Nice is 30 minutes away; Monaco is 40 minutes away; and St. Tropez is 1 hour and 15 minutes away.
Nearby, a 5-minute walk away, you’ll find all kinds of shops: a bakery, a tobacco shop/bookstore, a small casino, a hair salon, a produce stand, a bank, a dry cleaner, a butcher, and a post office. There’s also a bus stop nearby (5-minute walk) for trips to downtown Cannes and/or the Cannes train station.
Large public parking lot right outside the residence,
—parking is always available regardless of the time of arrival, day or night. Underground parking spaces and secure garages are available for rent at an additional cost.

Aline's property was perfect for our stay during Cannes Lions. The flat is just off of Le Cannet high street, a 10 min walk to shops/cafes and a 10 min Uber/taxi ride to La Croisette and the beach. There is air conditioning, two bedrooms and a pull out couch so the apartment could easily fit 4 people comfortably, if not more. The toilet is separate from the shower so made getting ready simple. We also had a car so made it easy to get around and there is parking in the basement. Aline was always available when we had questions and made check-in and check out a breeze. The guests before us had left early and she offered up early check-in for my sister who had just gotten off a red-eye flight and this was extremely helpful and kind.
