Take in the mountain view from your private terrace and enjoy the garden as your own outdoor space. This three-bedroom Mouans-Sartoux apartment gives family and friends a practical base for exploring the French Riviera.
This 90 m² ground-floor apartment in Mouans-Sartoux accommodates up to 6 guests in total, including children. It is part of a house whose owner lives upstairs. Access involves steps;
The living room opens onto a private 20 m² terrace with mountain views. Guests also have exclusive use of the garden, which is not fully fenced.
• There are three bedrooms: the master bedroom and second bedroom each have a queen-size bed (160 × 200 cm); the third bedroom has a double bed (140 × 190 cm).
• All three beds are suitable for adults.
• The third bedroom has no window; it has a fan and electric heating.
• Individual air conditioning is available in the living room and the other two bedrooms.
• There is one shower room with a toilet, plus one separate toilet.
• Cook at your own pace with a kitchen equipped with a refrigerator/freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster and kettle.
• An electric barbecue and barbecue utensils are available.
• SFR fibre internet provides 1 Gbit Wi-Fi.
• The living room has a 48-inch (123 cm) Smart TV with an SFR TV decoder.
Free private outdoor parking is available for two vehicles. Electric vehicles can be charged using a socket for 10 euros per night.
• Travelling with little ones?
• A baby cot, high chair and baby bath are on site.
• The cot mattress and baby bed linen are available on request before arrival.
Self check-in is available using a conventional key lockbox. An exterior camera monitors the parking area.
Pets are welcome with prior approval before booking. A pet fee applies per animal, per stay. Parties, events and evening gatherings are not allowed.
Once your booking is confirmed, we will send your welcome guide. Before you arrive, please complete our check-in form.
Our team provides 24-hour reception support and concierge assistance. Through our local partners, we can arrange private chauffeur transfers (VTC), boat cruises, breakfast delivery, make-up and hair styling, and babysitting. These optional services are arranged separately.
• A washing machine and dishwasher are available, with detergent provided.
• Nespresso coffee pods and freshly laundered bedding and towels are provided.

Ideal location close to numerous shops, easy access to the coast and mountains, super clear check-in and out, very clean overall, beds were very comfortable, definitely an excellent rental!
