About this villa rental
Beautiful 120 m² single-story villa with air conditioning, set on a fenced-in lot of 1,100 m² with a pool, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 separate toilets, Wi-Fi, and various games for children (ping-pong table, foosball table, soccer goal, digital piano, etc.)

. This peaceful home is located in a residential neighborhood near the City Stade, tennis courts, and sports facilities just 500m away. We provide all access codes.

West-facing dining room with air conditioning (35 m²), featuring 3 sofas, a TV, an extendable table, and a digital piano. The room opens onto the uncovered terrace facing the pool. There is access to the garage:

- In the attached garage, a washer and dryer are available for your use, as well as a refrigerator with a small freezer:

A 12 m² on the east side with a 140 x 190 cm bed, a desk, a closet, and a TV with an HDMI dongle for Prime Video and Netflix
