The property was well situated for where I wanted to be. Short drive into Brighton and buses very close. The property itself was beautifully decorated throughout and all areas immaculately cleaned and maintained. The selection for breakfast was excellent. A guest fridge available. Nothin too much trouble for Karen the hostess.

Literally everything from scenic views to the cleanliness of the property , Host was amazing she is the best in town definitely going to recommend it

Really lovely place, the room was cozy and clean, the location was super with great views over the downs. Karen is a fabulous friendly host who made me feel very welcome.
There was nothing not to like.

Karen was welcoming and friendly. Nice comfortable mattress
Had to crawl to get into bed roof slope very low.
We booked as it was advertised as bed and breakfast but no cooked option just help yourself to coffee and cereal if you want cooked you have to buy and cook yourself maybe change wording to state cereal and toast available as it can't be classified as continental no croissants pastries hams cheese or anything
