Sunny Homestay Room, 10 Mins North Laine, 6 Mins Station

Vicky was a lovely host and the room was cozy! She gave me helpful information on how to get there and get in before my stay. The room was equipped with everything you’d find in a hotel (including a mini fridge!). She offered some great advice on the local cafes and swimming spots. The property is only a 10-min walk from the train station and a 25-min walk to the beach, pier and other attractions. There is also a bus stop located conveniently around the corner. There are some lovely independent cafes and a co-op nearby to get your morning coffee or snacks.

It’s cosy, clean, well-equiped with everything you need for your stay. And it’s located in such a lovely, quiet neighborhood despite being just a few minutes away from the train station!

Exactly what I needed. Location was perfect (3/4 min walk from station, near seven dials), room was lovely and comfortable, and it was good value. Still had privacy within flat, and locks on doors. So really, it felt almost like a private stay. The host Vicky, was lovely and v helpful too! Thanks Vicky :)

I enjoyed every part of my stay. Vicky is an amazing host and she is very sociable, always checks in on guests to see if there is anything they need. Would recommend staying.
