Excellent location and everything you could possibly want. We went with two friends and having our own bathroom was ideal.
There were only two couples so we each had a bedroom on the first floor.
There is no way could the top bedroom be used in the heatwave. An air conditioning unit would be needed for the top floor to be used to sleep in.

The location was superb - very close to the harbour beach and town and the downstairs space was perfect for our family group of 3 generations.
The thermostat could not be changed when we came in cold and wet one day as this had been locked by the owner of the property at 14 degrees.
The stairs to the second floor are very steep and there is no stairgate there and one of the spindles on the staircase is broken and needs to be replaced. As the gap at the top of the stairs is narrow a bespoke stairgate is needed in my opinion for this room to be safe for use by young children.
