Comfortable, relaxed and enjoyable.
The cottage is located centrally with easy access to all the local restaurants, shops, bars, beach. Ample space for 7 adults, and it was clean but not very thorough. All the required utensils, glassware, cutlery, and cookware were given. Would benefit from having an air fryer. If there is more than one car, there are plenty of car parks nearby at a cost. The Just Park App, you may be able to find cheaper parking
The mattress in the first double room (not the en-suite) was uncomfortable. Needs to be replaced soon. Parking is difficult, has only 1 resident parking permit and for a cottage with occupancy of 7 adults, there would be 2 vehicles in most cases, therefore additional permit would be good to have. The bathroom with a bathtub was not very clean; it could have been scrubbed, and the windows were not cleaned. There were black ants on the ground floor, which appeared only when no one was around, like first thing in the morning or when we checked in. It was harmless, and we did not have an issue.

A nice stay in the heart of Weymouth
Amazing location in the centre of Weymouth. The cottage is comfortable and well equipped. The provision of a parking permit for street parking was much appreciated.

Fabulous place to stay
Fabulous house to stay in! 5 minute walk to beach, 1 minute walk to harbour where there is some lovely places to eat. The house itself was spotless and was like home from home, it had everything you could need, including iron, buckets and spades, wind breakers for the beach. The only thing I didn't see there is a hairdryer, so ladies take your own. They even had a sewing kit in one of the kitchen drawers. I would definitely stay here again
