Clean, cozy, cottage minutes away from cruise port, restaurants, and attractions in a safe area.

This was a cozy, very clean, and updated little cottage. Within minutes and a short drive away from everything Ft. Lauderdale whether you're going to the cruise port, airport, Wilton Manors, the beach, it's all there. There is a nice little patio area for sitting and an inground pool for use (weather permitting). Bathroom has been updated and had a great shower. Plenty of space for one or two persons.

Bedroom faces Davie Blvd. which has high traffic and noise. Parking is a bit treacherous.

Comfortable lo

Nice accommodations! It was clean and comfortabe. Communication and check in and check out was easy. They just sent a door code. The canal behind the house made for good iguana viewing.

This place was exactly as described. Very nice neighborhood and within walking distance to the grocery store. Backyard was very peaceful also had a pool. It was close to cruise port and train station.

It was not at all what the pictures displayed.

It did not look anything like the pictures. It was filthy, the couches and chairs had stains, were told when we go there we weren’t allowed to wear shoes and had to pay extra to use towels. No cornhole outside and the patio furniture was all disheveled. No maintenance on the property was done. We ended up leaving after we got there.

Location was a little loud -- it's a on busy intersection -- but the grounds are lovely, the pool was great, and the house very comfortable.

Great villa

Great location, very clean and well laid out villa with swimming pool and outside patio. Very picturesque and cozy atmosphere.. owners, very friendly and helpful, made our stay a wonderful experience. Would definitely stay here again.🥰

Bring ear plug if you're a light sleeper , traffic can get noisy, but I was not bothered by it at all.

Good overnight quick stay option

It was clean , bathroom and shower very nice .

Too close to a busy road and the walls were thin. You could hear the all the cars zooming by the entire night to the point that you can’t sleep

Absolutely amazing ! 10/10 - just superb

It was amazing having this little villa to ourselves - the pool was fantastic, a good size and warm, everything we could have wished for was provided. Our son said the shower was the best one he’d ever had ! Everything worked, and has been well thought out! The bedding was so soft and so many extras offered ( spices and sauces in the kitchen, ice in the freezer and various options for shower gel and hair care!) Baya the host was lovely and really knowledgeable about the local areas and so obliging with us, including sending parking details, (a space outside the villa) access details and even offering a ride if we needed it.

So so minor, the only thing I can think of is hooks to dry the super soft towels on after a shower ( or pool towels) and a chopping board, oven glove and drying rack to save the beautiful work surfaces in the kitchen. These are tiny things as the hosts really had thought of everything!

We were lied to about being able to store luggage so didn't see anything of Florida because of this. There was food from previous occupants in refrigerator. The entry was over pebbles so very difficult to manoeuvre suitcases. The property was run down and needed some TLC. I could go on......

The cabin is very well equipped, the kitchen is great to prepare a dinner and breakfast, the shower is very large. There is an almost private pool and nice garden with table and chairs at the riverside in front of the cabin, a great place to spend an evening.

The road is right next to the bedroom and very noisy.

This was another AirBnB adventure for us!

We liked having our own private place for our vacation. It was nice that there was a swimming pool, unfortunately it rained our entire visit.

We didn't like that there was not a welcome letter, or any information left on the kitchen table when we arrived. We are accustomed to some information when we arrive. Most all of our hosts have left a few snack items for us to enjoy as well. It would've been nice to have a deck of cards, or a few board games. Beach items might also be nice for guests. The host did text us information about nearby restaurants. We did not like that we had to contact the host for additional toilet paper. We felt as if this should've been stocked prior to our visit. We were a bit concerned about safety, since there were several cop cars nearby each night and many sirens throughout the evening/night. of our stay.

Lovely place, beautifully appointed, entrance is off a busy street.

No breakfast

That our stay was fair was mostly my fault. We came directly from a week of wilderness camping, and I had lost my phone into the ocean. So we were not in contact with the host, and this, unlike most Booking properties was an Air BnB, not a hotel. So we missed important communications in advance, overlooked some last minute ones, and had a confused arrival. The host was put out by this, but instead of asking about mitigating circumstances, being gracious, she belittled us because of our age. Not nice. There were no sheets for the sofa-bed, so we slept in our sleeping bags.
