***NOTE - Docks and elevator are currently out of order due to Hurricane Helene, but are in-line for repair and should be fixed by Scallop Season. The good news is that there is a public boat ramp ~100 yards away and a dedicated parking lot across the street from the condo to park boat trailers. The stairs are in fine shape!

There were some things that were not working. The outside lights and the microwave. We enjoyed the porch because the weather was bad at times and the balconys as well.
