3 bedroom 2 bath home on stilts with plenty of room for parking boats and cars underneath. Additional space for parking is also available on the adjoining empty lot if needed. The house has a wrap around porch with the front porch covered and two ceiling fans. Satellite TV and wifi are provided. The home is located within walking distance to the local market and several restaurants. The property was adequate for a guys stay. Carpet badly needs replacing and they need additional outside table and chairs. Plenty of parking and location good.
