NEW LISTING! Waterfront 2 BR, 2 BA at River's Edge on Steinhatchee River with a dock and private boat slip with a spectacular VIEW of the river. Beautifully decorated and stocked with all the necessities you could possibly need. There is even a bait freezer in the storage room available for your use! There are 3 smart TV's - in the living room and both bedrooms and there is WiFi available to you as well. Exterior security cameras. The beds are super comfy and there are plenty of towels and beach towels for your use. The condo is also stocked with coffee, filters, creamer, sugar, sweet 'n low, salt, pepper, an assortment of spices, aluminum foil, and many other nice necessities that you won't need to run to the store to grab. Starter paper products and toiletries are also provided. You will absolutely love sitting on the balcony overlooking the Steinhatchee River and watch the fishing boats come in carrying their catch of the day into Sea Hag Marina - right across the river. If you don't bring a boat, but want to rent one or charter a fishing trip, you can do that at Sea Hag Marina. They have a whole fleet of rental boats and many charter captains, but be sure to book in advance. If you do bring your own boat, you have a private slip available to you that is 40' long and can accommodate a boat 10' wide. There is a fish cleaning table on the dock and also a private gazebo for the use of River's Edge Condo owners and guests. Take a dip in the pool after a day enjoying everything that Steinhatchee has to offer (fishing, boating, scalloping or just chillin'). You can bring your four legged friend (limit 2 dogs with a pet fee of $75 each doggie- but no cats allowed). The condo is pet friendly, but please use the dogdoo bags that are provided in the laundry room to clean up after your pet. This is a NO SMOKING condo, not even on the balcony. We absolutely love the Old Florida vibe and the friendly people in Steinhatchee, and we hope you enjoy your stay at our special slice of paradise, Steinhatchee Serenity.

This is the second year we have stayed in this unit. I have stayed at 2 other places this year and nothing exceeds this place! We also bring our bernedoodle that is very important to us. Having the boat slip is amazing. It is such a welcoming clean and has everything you need for a great memory! I will be back next year!! Thank you for the wonderful hospitality!!

Perfect condo while in the area scalloping. The condo had everything we needed and the kids loved the pool. It is 10 minutes to the gulf by boat and the launch was so convenient.

Check in process is super easy and Barbara is very prompt! This was our second year staying here and as always it was fully equipped and clean. Looking forward to next year!

Pretty view, easy check in. Pictures really need to be updated as does the condo. Our host had no apologizes. Left early due to the work being outside. All the noise and mess. We were the only occupants of the condo, apparently every else knew about the scheduled work.
