About this cottage rental
The cottage is just steps from the beach, golf course and a short distance to restaurants and shops. Fairview cottage is located off of Beach Ave., and is approximately 200 yards from Mothers Beach, KBIA and the Webhannet golf course. The home has been professionally decorated with three bedrooms, one bath, living room, kitchen, flat screen TV’s, sonos sound system.
The three bedroom house sleeps 6: master bedroom has a King bed, addditional bedrooms: one with a queen bed and one with twin beds. There is also a washer/dryer, dishwasher, outdoor grill, flat screens tv and high speed wireless internet throughout.
Parking passes for Kennebunk beach are also provided as well beach chairs and a wagon to bring your stuff to the beach.

We absolutely loved the Fairview cottage. It was like staying in a well designed hotel. The washer and dryer was so convenient. The house was spotless and everything we needed was there. The location could not have been more perfect, just a few steps to Mother's Beach, a bike ride to the deli and to downtown. The owners were so responsive and very easy to work with. We will definitely be back.
