Moldy smell in the apartment. Noisy construction going on right outside your window. Dated bathroom hard to get a warm shower- either scalding hot or cold no in-between. Couch is as hard as nails. BBQ is a burnt out gas grill that they recommend you throw charcoal in now to grill.
Plus side, it’s a nice location, the pool is clean, you can park right outside the building and the view is great.
