AC not working it was 88 degrees in the room with a beeping sound coming from the the AC unit

Check in was difficult. Couldn't get into the property because they didn't have my deposit complete even though I assumed I already paid it. They wanted a copy of my drivers license and a copy of my credit card after the deposit was made. The whole process took over an hour. Then one evening the door wouldn't lock so I had to remove all my belongings. They said that the system was down and when I returned the door was locked.

Fortunately, I was able to communicate directly with the management company, who were very patient and explained everything to me thoroughly. It would be helpful if the website and confirmation emails were more consistent regarding parking information to avoid confusion. I would highly recommend staying at this property. A+++
