The place is great. It is a little small. But for our purpose it was great. We didn't spend a lot of time in the room. It's comfortable and clean, and again you can't beat the location.

I absolutely can not say enough amazing things about this Property and Host. The home was very clean when i arrived and the check-in was flawless. The inside is well kept and updated as well. The location is also awesome. It is walking distance to a lot of places and close to all pf the action. Before arriving, i was a bit worried about the noise, but that was not an issue at all. It was quiet and very comfortable. Also the host was amazing. Anytime i needed her before and after check-in, she answered the phone right away. She made herself very available and that is not something you find in every host. I would 100% recommend this place to anyone who travles to Fort Lauderdale and know i will be a returning guest myself when i visit next.

Clean and very responsive property management. Great 1 Bed & 1 pull out sofa bed. Small efficiency kitchen well stocked. Parking was a bonus because all of Ft.Lauderdale charges for parking all day long, not cheap. It’s on a main road so there a bit of traffic noise and music from nearby establishments.
