Fabulous location. Large rooms. Clean.
It is near center, so the noise at night travels up. I always travel with earplugs so it did not wake me at all.

Clean, really great staff and management, comfy, warm and beds were really decent. It was nice and pleasantly warm as it rained during our stay (still winter!). We were greeted with smiles and surprised to check in early. Fresh water and coffee available upstairs. Located 10 min walk to covered parking.
The bar downstairs was a bit loud after midnight. Everything else top notch!

We stayed for 4 nights and had a very nice room with a balcony. The bed was very comfortable and had two pillows each. Good size bathroom with a great shower. I really appreciated the light sensors in the hall so you can find your way when it's dark. The host, Barbara, was very helpful and friendly. The location was great, just one block from Piazza Sant'Oronzo, but nice and quiet. We were able to find street parking within 1 block 3 of the 4 nights.
We understood, but never confirmed, that you had to pay 18 Euro each for breakfast. This put us off trying it. We should have talked to Barbara about this.
