Really good location right in the city centre. The decor is very nice and modern. My room had a strong AC system which kept it cool despite some days having outside temperatures exceeding 35°C. Barbara was a very responsive host. Check-in was straightforward. I would highly recommend Palazzo dei Tolomei.
Very minor but there was only one plug socket with Europlug Type C plug. This was the only adapter type that I had for a UK plug as I was under the impression the Europlug Type C is common in Italy. However I don't consider this a big issue.
