Size of the room with its outside terrace. The bed was extremely comfortable. Very affordable.
Okay, it's catering for a small number of people, just 4 rooms. The breakfast selection was basic, still fine but that could be the "Icing on the cake" so to speak.

The terrace was nice and the place overall is ok
Breakfast ok but definitely not like on the pictures
Low pressure for water.
Capricious hot and cold water
Not many things look like the pictures especially the room/bathroom which is lot less nice
The main light in the room is not usable as it would make you blind
The place is really noisy in the morning (construction inside the building before 9)
Host not super friendly
