1st class accommodation, at a very reasonable price.

The house was easy to find, with a dedicated parking spot directly opposite the front door. The property was well maintained with everything you would have or need in your own home. The beds were comfortable and the living areas were well laid out with a large kitchen / diner and front room, and the bathroom was clean and tidy. Our hosts left out some snacks, and there was a bottle of milk in the fridge, with cereals supplied as well, which was a nice surprise, and an added bonus. Upstairs, on the landing, the light was motion controlled, which helps in the night, in a strange place where you might not know where the light switches are!!

There was nothing negative about our stay at all.

A lovely warm cosy cottage that is very handy for the coast.

The property was very clean and lovely and warm on a very wet day. There was plenty of room for my friend and I to stay overnight. Parking was very close to the property and the area felt very safe. We had been left milk and cornflakes for breakfast and some wine too.

Basic problems that should never have occurred.

The property had potential.

No control over the central heating. Ours was a chilly late September arrival, the property was cold. There appeared to be no heating downstairs that worked and no means to adjust the heating. At 2.00 am the heating upstairs came on, making it impossible to sleep. We were not going to ring the owners at 2.00 am. Unfortunately this lack of sleep/ heating situation resulted in us leaving early. The instructions stipulated that the owners controlled the heating, we could do nothing about it. We are classed as Genius 3 and have never encountered a situation like this before. The heating should at least be on a timer, especially when it is colder. Disappointing.

The property was easy to find, clearly indicated and a parking space - all in a good location. A welcome basket was thoughtfully provided and the house is charmingly decorated and immaculately clean, everything you could need for a short stay or longer - washing machine, cooking facilities and a small garden. We will book again!

A great place to stay for a holiday or a short break.

Everything was perfect, lovely and clean and well maintained , nice patio to sit out in the sunshine and have a drink, good size TV with all the channels you need. Situated in a nice quiet residential area. Will DEFINITELY be booking for a return trip. 😀👍

A really comfortable home from home

What a lovely, comfortable house - Benjamin Gardens has everything you could possibly want for a short (or even a long!) stay. I was pleasantly surprised by how spacious the house is, and loved having a separate dining room area so I could work on my computer while my husband watched television in the living room. Parking was very convenient (a dedicated space directly opposite the front door), and the location is very handy for both Hull and the east coast towns. And the welcome treats were a very thoughtful touch, thank you Zuzanna and Lukas!

Lovely modern townhouse close to town

This is a thoroughly modern townhouse just a short walk from town. Everything looks new. It has a well appointed kitchen, washing machine and dryer, great rooms, large comfortable bed, modern bathroom with bath and plenty of hot water, good wifi, and rear deck in a small locked backyard for securing our touring bicycles overnight. It was so comfortable that we just dined in and watched Netflix all evening.

It had everything we needed and the beds were lovely and comfortable.

It was a bit noisy in the morning- I think from a local factory or something. My shower was fine but my friend would have preferred hers to be hotter. I think the upper showerhead may need a limescale.

The property had everything we needed for my husband and I and his brother to visit family. Bigger than expected.. price was reasonable.. easy entry with the key code. Clean tidy and welcoming. Tea coffee milk biscuits and breakfast cereal left for us which was most appreciated. Great location and hosts who were excellent.

Comfortable stay

We very much enjoyed our stay. The house is as described on site, close to town. It is small but comfortable for four adults and has a small rear garden which catches the sun in afternoon. Well equipped and very clean. Great for a short stay in this area, also plenty of parking available. Only issue was booking . Com PIN code was wrong but a quick call to Lukas resolved this quickly.

Everything perfect couldn’t ask for more. Just bring yourselves. Everything needed already here. Spotlessly clean and smells fresh. Comfortable beds. Great nights sleep.

There was nothing to dislike. The special touches such as welcome pack and hair products are fantastic. Everything we needed was available even if we had wanted to use laundry facilities.

Would recommend overall

Great communication with the owners. Seem like lovely people. The added extras on arrival are a really sweet touch. Really clean and tidy and like the design of the whole place. Blackout blinds work great in the bedrooms (brought our own as we have a toddler and didn't need to use it!) Plenty of towels for use available along with all the amenities you need. Quiet area and never heard any noise from outside or neighbours except train crossing. Car parking place directly opposite the house. Use of streaming services on TV without having to sign in. The positives outweigh the negatives by far. Would recommend!

Few niggles but definitely wouldn't stop us staying here again. - noise of level crossing. Can hear the alarms go off when train is coming but weirdly enough not the actual trains! - toilet is uncomfortable if you are tall. I'm 6 foot and my legs were resting against the towel rail when using the toilet. Obviously at times it was on so it was a bit of a hazard! If you're shorter or don't have long legs then this won't be a problem! - sofa is so uncomfortable. So much so that the one night we stayed in (stayed for 3 nights) I went to bed instead as I couldn't get comfortable on the sofa!
