Cozy, good value and comfortable.

Perfect location for centre of driffield, everything easy to use and more appliances than most places. Well decorated. Host was very helpful with any queries/requests we had.

Great apartment and a really friendly local community.

Had to ask someone in the barbers shop where the key safe was.

Only downside once through the gate pigeons flying around and pigeon droppings everywhere. get that sorted and you cannot fault the place. we will return next year for the tractor procession. Driffield is a real hidden gem. kind regards Michael and Michelle.

I can’t fault the property in anyway. I would advise to read the whole message sent by owner. I skimmed through to the address and missed vital instructions to find no37 because the number is not visible.

My son and I loved the property. We used it as a base to attend Tribfest as well as enjoying having all shops and amenit

Lovely neutral decor, stylish, modern, comfortable, very clean, well equipped to a high standard, spacious rooms over two floors (top floor bedroom & bathroom big enough to create a second bedroom but I’m guessing there are reasons for this not having been done). Favourite areas: The bedroom with huge comfy bed and high quality linen The stylish staircase, quirky pictures and landing.

Unfortunately, as indicated in previous reviews, the access to the property is really unpleasant and off putting. Having spoken to the owner, he explained he does not own the access route and is therefore restricted in terms of taking action to improve it. Such a shame because once you’ve braved that part, the property is so lovely inside.

Beautiful flat, great location, let down by its communal access alleyway

Very beautiful flat, very spacious and clean. Lovely decor, really comfy bed. Perfect location within the town centre on the high street. No daytime parking but easy walk from a free car park and were able to stop outside for drop off

The main let down of the property is the access alleyway. It's clearly a communal access way, but it has an apparently empty property over it which is over run by pigeons and the whole corridor as such is covered in pigeon droppings and even had a dead baby pigeon. The pigeons are flying around your head as you walk through. There was also no hot water on the second morning, this may have been due to a leaking boiler which we reported to the owner the previous night but didn't get a response.

The apartment was clean and modern. Comfortable bed, nice lounge, good kitchen and bathroom facilities. Home from home. Would definitely recommend.

Access to the apartment was a little scary as lots of pigeons around, not that anything could be done about them, just as well we don't have a phobia about pigeons.

Great and just what we needed

It was easy to get keys from the lock box. However the directions to the door needed to be clearer. Don't say UPVC door Say: 'You will see a black door having stepped own 2 brick steps use the second key to open this door' then the rest. We went to the UPVC door that we saw as we entered the courtyard and it was not those 'white doors' and it made it confusing. Speaking to the caretaker was unhelpful and we would not have needed to if the directions had directed us to a black door. Accommodation exceeded our expectations and better than photos. Very central location in Driffield.

See above re directions once that is fixed. Good place to stay with everything you need.

Beautiful apartment, spotless, excellent location.

Apartment was spotless, huge bathroom with plenty of towels, toilet paper etc. Bed was very comfortable and massive, hairdryer provided in bedroom drawer, no noise from main street waking you up either. Kitchen had everything you needed, iron board, black bags, washing-up liquid, we didn't use kitchen for cooking, so we can't comment on cooker. Fridge/freezer was a good size too. Living room was lovely, comfy big sofa, large tv, everything seemed to be from IKEA which I love. Excellent location next to B&Ms, all shops and train station just along road, (about 3 min walk) We parked in free carpark,further down,behind shops facing apartment. Would definitely recommend

On arrival late at night we found it really difficult to find the keylock box which is situated to the left nearly on floor level. Going through the gate we had to walk through a narrow walkway to an small opening which was covered in pigeon droppings and various wood etc lying about, then through another covered walkway which had a dead pigeon lying halfway under a door and more bird droppings. I have a phobia of birds so going through here everyday was terrifying for me as there were pigeons in walkway that I couldn't escape. Might not be an issue for most people but ruined it for me unfortunately.

We thoroughly enjoyed the property and it gave is what we needed. I would highly recommend it.

The property was clean, spacious and modern. Local to all amenities such as shops, train, buses.

This is NOT a complaint, just something that could do with attention. The floodlight at night could do with adjustment. Path light and door entry light went out too quick and before we could get to front door. The drain could do with a cover to level it and the outside steps were a concern in the dark.

Great value apartment in Driffield

Really clean and plenty of space. It was also very quiet. We were going to a wedding at wold view farm so it was in the perfect location. Having a kitchen meant we could pop to the supermarket (Tesco is less than 5 mins away) and we could make our own meals making it a bit cheaper than dining out.

The key to the wooden gate was very stiff and we did struggle to get it to open. We also found that the duvet was too hot so we struggled to get to sleep the first night. It probably would be better to have a thinner duvet and blankets available to make it warmer instead. The temperature of the shower kept fluctuating between lava and Ice.

Lovely flat on interesting street

Lovely flat, it has everything you need and is only really missing a dishwasher. It all felt very clean and new and is finished very nicely.

The entrance through the alley full of bins was very creepy in the dark with uneven surfaces and steps. The lights came on a bit late so I'd say if you're arriving at night take a torch. This is maybe typical of Yorkshire flats but feels quite strange when you're not used to it!

Really good facility

It was surprisingly modern and well presented when bearing in mind the exterior surroundings which are somewhat run down.

The emailed instructions could have been clearer. The notification of the code for access to the key box was at the top of the sheet but information on the location of the key box was at the bottom of the page. These two pieces of information should be located together to avoid doing as I did which was to enter the code into the wrong key box! This was sorted out by a phone call but could have been avoided. On the other hand it is always good to read all the instructions first before trying to gain access!
