The location of the property was ideal for what I needed. The tv in the bedroom was a plus point.
Sadly the property hadn’t been cleaned very well at all. I don’t think anyone had hoovered since the previous guest, the tea towel and dish cloth were dirty, the bed was made up very poorly and looked like it had already been slept in, the shower had a used wash sponge in it and there were cobwebs all over the property. When I made a drink the next morning, the milk was off. Overall the property is in need of a deep clean and a bit more attention to detail.

Location, hot water, good internet
Not clean enough, dirty oven and dishes left, other people’s stuff in bathroom, kitchen drainer filthy . Not good enough sorry.

It's a very nice cottage. I enjoyed my time there. I explored the area and met my girlfriend. The town is lovely and I would visit again. For my first time in Driffield Yorkshire ever. I rate it 10/10.
Nothing.

Location.
Dirty and broken bins at front door. Spider webs all over lights, weeds and filthy behind bins. Hole around switch, and not very clean upstairs sink. Shower area needs attention and downstairs was ok, but rug needs cleaned.

Only one toilet roll supplied and bin for toilet/shower was full to the brim. I left it as it was because I didn't know what was in it.

Right in town so not far to walk

The property was in a very convenient location, just up the road from the train station. It was nice and quiet. It has been modernised to a high standard for the space it holds. Once I found the visitor's book and information book behind the curtain in the living room, then I managed to operate the electric fire as the instructions were there. The same applied to the bedroom heater. I will stay there again though.
I think the glass shelf above the bathroom sink should be moved alongside the toilet because I found it difficult bending over the sink to clean my teeth because of this shelf without banging my head on it. The shower is very small but I didn't need to use it.

Location was great, cottage was cozy and everything on hand for shopping, eating out and night entertainment . Beaches and coastal places only a short drive out away. We would book again, had a great time.
Kitchen area is very small with very limited space to work in, but plenty of places to eat out so not a big problem

Easy to open up. Very central location. Nice layout downstairs. Cosy with radiator and fire. Lots of travel info, good tea tray. Mostly clean throughout. Hanging space for clothes in bedroom. Choice of lighting.
Some cleanliness issues - bedding had a couple of spots on it where more thorough clean needed, extractor fan very dusty, pillow marked.
Very small bathroom - difficult to use the toilet if you are tall. Quite noisy on the night - someone had a bit too much to drink and was rather loud outside for a considerable amount of time. Small tv in bedroom. Bed mattress is comfy but needs something a bit firmer as you dip into bed when someone else gets on. Some of the rules around pets are restrictive

Location very central and very close to family. Lovely quaint cottage with everything you needed to hand.
Shower was a little small, but did the job considering space available.

Very clean, small compact kitchen. Lovely comfy bed.
had to move the sofa to watch the tv in comfort.
Shower room very small but functional.
No salt and pepper pots.
Very noisy in the evening, you could here the local pub entertainment.

This was our second stay within a months time.

Lovely little place, very snug, spotlessly clean and with everything you need for a break.
The bed was very soft, which wasn't great for my hubby's back, but I realise that's personal preference, some people will love it!

Fantastic location - right off the High Street . No cabs required!
No loo on the ground floor. We live in a bungalow so it's strange!

The location is great for the market town of Driffield.
Easy to enter the property, and a nice selection of teas and biscuits makes you feel welcome.
A fair amount of kitchen essentials, but a few bits were missing.
-Blood on the bed sheets, cushions, duvet, and pillows. Had to call them to come change them over.
-Quite dirty in places. Due to the layout we had to move the sofa to watch the TV and it clearly hadn't been moved and cleaned underneath in a long time.
-We were eating one evening and could hear a gnawing sound...we originally thought it was the fridge but it turned out to be rats under the floor and INSIDE the utilities cupboard via a hole in the floor!
- Tiny shower room. Had to bend to avoid the sink to use the toilet, and no space to get dry after a shower
Very small property... Just comfortable for two but you would have to be very comfortable with the person you're with to share the property. Very little privacy from the person you're with. Perfect for a single person though.
All of these issues were brought to the letting companies attention, and about a week later (after re-messaging them) I got a response which was not very apologetic or sympathetic.

Proximity to town centre excellent. Free car park was good even if it was a short walk. Town centre was great. Short drive to Bridlington and Scarborough. Would be good for a short stay but no more than two nights.
Enjoyed the stay but glad it was only two nights.
Good communication re for keys etc.
Felt cramped. It was advertised as dog friendly but there was quite a few rules about where the dog could go. Also was exepected to clean wherever the dog went even though there was a £30 cleaning fee. Bathroom is very small and not enough kitchen work surface.
We expected it to be small just not that small.

The location was excellent, a folder of handy information on the window sill, which I did not locate til day 3
TV a little too high on the wall in the lounge for comfortable viewing, and maybe a pouffe/foot stool as the lounge floor felt cold. The accommodation has everything you need for a short weekend stay, but I did find it very small and too compact for the 5 nights.

Lovely cosy little cottage, right in the centre if Driffield.
Would definitely stay again.
The ensuite towels need bining. Ended up full of grey bits when using both the hand and bath towels

The location was brilliant. It was right in town. For breakfast we used the oven ect in the cottage. They had left a number of things for us to use. We also went out for breakfast too.
Nothing. Everything was lovely.
