Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). We had a really pleasant stay at this home. It was clean, comfortable, and had plenty of space to relax. The kitchen was thoughtfully supplied, which made it easy to prepare meals without needing much else.
You could tell the homeowners put care into the space. We appreciated the quiet surroundings and the overall ease of settling in.
It was a smooth, enjoyable visit, and we’d be glad to return next summer.

My friend and I just returned from a weeklong visit. Actually, eight days; we extended our stay by a day. We loved the condo. It was very clean, great amenities, and a very nice balcony with an amazing view. Will definitely return.

Nice oceanfront condo at a good price. Close to restaurants, near Fenwick Island Lighthouse and State Park.

Nice view and close proximity to the beach. Queen bed was on a low frame, basically sleeping on the floor. Thin mattress added to the discomfort. No coffee table by couch in TV room. Chairs at dining table looked like they were bought at a 1950’s yard sale. Light outside the one bedroom made it seem like daytime at night, suggest heavier curtains in that room.
