Unlike most condos, this one features a full sized washer and dryer, plus an extra large refrigerator. The owner provides access to their storage locker which is located near the outdoor pool. Braemar Towers amenities include an oceanfront outdoor pool with sun deck, tennis courts, arcade, and a fitness room! This ideal location is close to notable restaurants including Bourbon Street on the Beach, Crab Bag and Victoria's Seafood, the Montego Bay Shopping Center, Northside Park and also not far from the Fenwick Island attractions. Property rents Saturday-Saturday. Guest must provide their own sheets, towels, soaps and paper products. An optional linen package is available for purchase for this property and would be delivered to the condo on your day of arrival and picked up on your day of departure. The package would include sheet sets for each bed and towel sets equaling the maximum occupancy of the condo.

No smoking/vaping permitted on the Braemar grounds. No pets, please. Property owner does not permit group rentals to guests under the age of 25.
