Location and ocean views
Needed additional chair in living room. I had called a week or two ahead of arrival to inquire about sheets etc. was told all booking reservations provide those only to find arrival day no they don’t offer season. Staff was able to order linen pkg. Also appreciated being able to check in early. The combination provided didn’t open door but spoke to Kelly who provided another code and we were in. Would have liked to have welcome pkg for dish washer soaps etc.
