Here on the north side of Ocean City, you can spend your days lounging on the sand, tax-free shopping across the Delaware state line, admiring the Fenwick Island Lighthouse, and enjoying the countless mini-golf courses, beachy eateries, and other attractions that line Coastal Highway - all with a community swimming pool to welcome you back home. Things to Know Full kitchen No pets and no smoking please Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

This is a nice unit with both ocean and bay views. It was clean upon arrival. A totally digital experience with entry, pool and Wi-Fi codes sent by email and text. Parking passes were in unit. We will definitely consider renting again.

Second time at the this vacation home, love the bay view, ocean view, amenities in the home. Feels like being at home everytime i go here. Close to everything steps to beach, albertinos a short drive to boardwalk. Quiet, tranquil and peaceful.

Our family of 5 really enjoyed this condo- spacious, well stocked, clean. The location was perfect for easy beach access and we enjoyed the pool very much! The views from both balconies were fantastic! We would definitely return here for another week!

The unit was NOT clean when we arrived. There was a body wash bottle in the shower and hair all over the place. The bath mat was very dirty as well as the kitchen sink. Poor lighting throughout the unit. Also, there is a mess of extension cords in the primary bedroom, does not appear safe. Will never rent this unit again.
