This spacious home offers 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms to fully cater to your family and friends, while enjoying a full kitchen, dining seating, and comfy couch with big screen TV. Emerald Island Resort is on the doorstep of Disney, waterparks, tourist attractions, shopping and dining options. For your convenience, accessories needed for family fun such as beach chairs, umbrella, toys and games for all ages are provided! Along with essentials such as high chair, playpen, diaper changing, toddler car seat, and stroller. Kitchen is also kept stocked with coffee, snacks, and cooking utensils. Note: there is a $21 resort fee which is required for the key access card (one per vehicle) for the resort and it’s amenities.

The area was very nice, and we enjoyed our stay. Worked well for our family and was convenient to area attractions. The hosts were great at responding to questions and check in was a breeze. I think because the place was shut up for a while it had a slight odor of mustiness; however, everything else was great.

That was our third time in this resort. first time in this townhouse. No problems- all was great!

3 bed and 3 bath was perfect for when our daughter and grandkids visited (2 out of 8 nights). The house was filled with toys and some bedrooms were Disney themed. However the house could use a little TLC, particularly in the bathrooms. Shower caulking was old and black, and the shower doors in the primary bedroom were not even, leaving a gap so water would escape. In the other upstairs bathrooms, there was obvious water damage on one of the walls. Fridge should open toward the kitchen instead of toward the wall. Floors didn't seem to be washed perhaps because they knew we had our dog with us, but I wash my floors at home...just an observation. All this to say is was ok - plenty of towels and dishware, plus strollers, car seats, pack and plays, and diapers (yes diapers) - great place for a family with a few kids.
