Beautifully furnished 4 bedroom town home, with 2 Master suites, with view of the conservation area at the back. This is one of Disney's areas finest gated and guarded resort community. Tons of amenities such as clubhouse-recreation building, community pool(s), tiki bar, tennis courts, volley ball court, crazy golf and many more. House is maintained to an excellent standard. Complete with Cable TV & WIFI, Pool is 100 yards from the front door. Includes Leather Sectional Sofa, SMART TV, Walk-in Shower in the downstairs Master En-suite. Also great location for golf courses in the area of Celebration.
Please be aware there is a one time fee of $20 per car due upon arrival at Emerald Island Resort, which is not included in the price quoted on VRBO.

The house was very clean, the property has nice amenities, and the property is very secure!! The hosts are very attentive! Our two families were very comfortable at this property after our long days at the parks!
