This beautiful villa offers a comfortable living space, fully equipped kitchen, and two rear yard decks overlooking beautiful conservation land. Offering 3 bedrooms and 1,300 square feet on two floors this home creates the perfect environment to relax after a busy day at the nearby theme parks, or a day at one of the resorts two pools.

FIRST FLOOR
The first floor boasts an expansive open floor plan with a comfortable living room, dining room, fully equipped kitchen, a half bath, a full laundry room, and an outdoor deck.

The living room includes a couch and loveseat with a 60” flat screen smart TV and over 100 cable channels. Wi-Fi is available throughout the villa.

The kitchen offers everything you need whether you are preparing a gourmet dinner or just cooking up some macaroni and cheese for the little ones. Standard appliances include: refrigerator and freezer, dishwasher, microwave, stove and oven, blender, and toaster. A breakfast bar separates the kitchen from the dining area. Meals can be eaten at the breakfast bar which has two stools or the large dining table which comfortably seats six.

Pack lightly as the laundry room allows you to conveniently wash and dry your clothes without leaving the home. There is also a half bath on the first floor. You can find a diagram of the floor plan in the photos section.

SECOND FLOOR
The second floor offers three bedrooms and two full baths. There is a master suite featuring a queen bed, a 27” flat screen cable TV and plenty of storage space in the dresser or large closet. The master suite has its own connecting private bath (shower only), as well as a south facing balcony with views of Florida conservation land.

The second bedroom is a pleasant 144 square feet with a comfortable queen bed, a 19” flat screen cable TV. Storage includes a large closet and armoire for additional storage.

The guest bedroom sleeps two in separate twin beds. Storage includes a dresser and ample closet space. There is a 19” cable TV.

AMENITIES
Most guests spend plenty of time at the resorts two pools. We provide up to 8 pool towels. There are typically pool games and other pool odds and ends in the laundry room. Enjoy what’s there and feel free to leave behind anything you don’t want to travel with to add to the collection.

There are plenty of fresh linens for all guests, and at least two sets of clean, crisp sheets for each bed. Extra blankets and pillows can generally be found in the closets.

There is a small fan in each bedroom.

LOCATION
You cannot stay in a townhouse in a gated community closer to Disney than Emerald Island Resort. The Resort boasts exquisitely manicured grounds and ample amenities.

Choose from two large, outdoor, heated swimming pools, both with relaxing whirlpool spas. The pools include outdoor showers as well as changing areas and restrooms. The clubhouse pool has an enjoyable Tiki bar offering refreshing drinks, and hot and cold snacks. Other outdoor activities include a mini golf course, nature trail through the heart of Emerald Island, sand volleyball court, tennis courts, basketball hoops, and several playgrounds.

Inside the clubhouse you will find the Resort concierge that can help you with anything from directions, to tickets, to helpful recommendations about the area. There is a nice air conditioned lounge in the clubhouse with tables and chairs, cable TV, Wi-Fi, and several games. The gym has a variety of all-new workout equipment.

If you are venturing out, you will find World Drive, the main thoroughfare to all the Disney parks just 3.3 miles from the house. We will share some time saving tips and tricks with our guests! Drive times range from 7 minutes to Disney’s Animal Kingdom, 18 minutes to the Magic Kingdom, and approximately 30 minutes to Universal Orlando, the home of Harry Potter.
