Welcome to Capucins, a classic and spacious one-bedroom apartment, nestled in a quiet residence with an unobstructed view of Mont Blanc. Ideal for couples, it is located 500 m from the free bus leading to the mountains, and close to Brévent, Chamonix Sud and the Aiguille du Midi. 200 m from the Galliands lake. Sheets and towels provided for a serene stay.

Each accommodation includes essential products (toiletries, soap, toilet paper, cleaning products) for the first 1 to 2 days.
It is the responsibility of the guests to replenish supplies during their stay if necessary.
For chimneys or washing machines, please purchase the wood and detergent yourself, as we do not provide these items.

WATER HEATER READ CAREFULLY
In France, the operation of water heaters is different from that of many other countries. Hot water is stored in a tank that can empty if there is high consumption. The time to fill and reheat the tank varies between one and five hours, depending on its capacity.
We kindly request that you avoid prolonged showers or baths, unless you are the last person to use the bathroom and can wait until the next morning to refill it.
This is an integral part of life in France, so we thank you for your understanding and consideration.
ELECTRICAL SYSTEM
In the UK, the electrical network is limited; if too many appliances (such as a hairdryer and a microwave) are used simultaneously, the circuit breaker may trip. In this case, it will need to be manually reset at the electrical panel.
Please avoid using multiple devices simultaneously: this system, very common in French households, aims to reduce energy consumption. We ask you to use only what you need.
