This 3-bed condo is located on the ground floor in The Villas South at Cabana Court close to the heart of Reunion Resort.
Located in Whisper Way, within the Villas South neighborhood of Reunion Resort. This 3 bedroom, 3 bath vacation rental condo is also only steps away from one of Reunion's playgrounds. All of this is ideally located to some of Orlando's best attractions, shops, and restaurants – and just 6 miles to Disney World!
This truly is a luxurious three-bedroom condominium. The spacious living room and dining area have been furnished to a high standard. There is a 60-inch SMART TV complete with a DVD player. There is also a fully functional kitchen which is very well equipped with the latest stainless steel appliances and granite countertops and a Keurig coffee maker. The separate dining area has a beautiful dining table with seating for 8.
Large sliding patio doors lead out to your own large private terrace with a table and seating for 6 and 4 chairs where you can enjoy breakfast and evening drinks whilst relaxing and taking in the views.
The kids can enjoy the Toy-Themed bedroom with two twin beds with trundles (Sleeps 4) a 55-inch SMART TV, a DVD player, and a stand-up NBA arcade game. The King Master bedroom includes a 60-inch SMART TV with a DVD Player and a bathroom with a tub/shower combo and single vanity. A rental agreement must be signed by the lead guest making the reservation, along with a full list of guest names that will be staying in the property.
Check-in time is 4:00 pm
Check-out time is 10:00 am
All properties are non-smoking and no pets are allowed
An Accidental Damage Protection (ADP) fee will be required to cover any reported accidental damage to this property and its contents
There is a one-time departure cleaning fee for all stays
Final payment due 45 days prior to your arrival
The guest making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older.
Bookings made within 30 days of the arrival date must check-in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted.
Vacation rentals may not be used for events or group gatherings that exceed the maximum occupancy.
A rental agreement must be signed by the lead guest making the reservation, along with a full list of guest names that will be staying in the property.
We use a third party to verify identification and fraud risk, based on the findings we could cancel the reservation.

This is a very spacious and pretty condo. You can walk to the water park and the other pool/mini golf. Nice grounds and area. Would stay here again.

House was clean and well stocked with dishes, pots/pans, silverware, bedding, etc. Very comfortable. Reunion Waterpark was fantastic!

The quick version of my review is that the property is as advertised, clean and could have been comfortable. If I had it to do over again, I would pick another property not managed by Florida Vacation Homes.
Be aware that VRBO is essentially just the "portal" for this property. You'll be asked to sign an extensive contract with Florida Vacation Homes. This is the first time I've encountered this and wouldn't do it again.
If there's one thing you should know before you rent through Florida Vacation Homes it's that you are agreeing to allow them to control the heating and cooling temperature while you're in the unit. We were warm and tried to turn the thermostat below 72 to cool things off. I was informed that in the contract I signed, it states that I wasn't allowed (per their representative Jerelle) to have the temperature below 74 so I should be glad it was going down to 72. I emailed and called to try to get resolution but got a curt response letting me know that I had contractually agreed to the temperature settings.
This unit is in the Reunion Resort. We had stayed in this neighborhood for years, but it's showing its wear and decline. Also, Verizon users will have NO cell service in this condo. The water park is fun, but there was usually a line to enter. Keep this in mind as you'll be paying for the option to enter the park but may not be able to do so.
As listed above, I have mixed opinions but given the chance I'd pick another option.
