This spacious unit is conveniently located in the Villas South Community in very close proximity to the waterpark and the Grande hotel which boasts 3 restaurants including the Eleven and a rooftop pool. The home has 3 large bedrooms and each includes an en suite bathroom. The master bedroom has a KING sized bed and full bathroom with a bathtub and large separate shower with direct access to the large balcony, a 65" television and work desk. The second bedroom has a QUEEN sized bed, en suite bathroom with bath/shower combo and 55" Smart HDTV. The third bedroom offers 2 FULL SIZE beds, en suite bathroom with a bath/shower combo and 55" Smart HDTV.
The oversized balcony has a beautiful view of tropical trees and plants, walking paths and green space. There is outdoor seating for SIX and room for more on the spacious balcony.
This home has a fully equipped kitchen which includes granite counters, bar height granite counter top with 3 bar height stools, and a large glass dining room table with seating for SIX. A front load washer and dryer with starter laundry detergent is included.
The living area has an oversized couch perfect for a family or group of friends with a 75" Smart HDTV and cable.
This vacation home is professionally managed by a licensed and approved property management company that ensures top notch service which includes theme park ticket sales, resort amenity access and enhanced cleaning procedures.

We really enjoyed our stay. We did not know that basics like salt and pepper would not be provided. That would have been good to know in advance.

Probably my fault but the room was a handicap accessible room, which meant the master closet would not accommodate my wife’s long dresses and the master bath vanity did not have any drawers. Again, I may have not understood this when booking. Also, during the stay we had significant construction in a unit above that would begin each day around 8am. Not the fault of the unit owner but not ideal. On one occasion, around 10am, the construction workers turned off the water to our unit without any notice.The unit met our needs and if I had read closer the details about the handicap layout I may have opted for something else.
