Furnished to the standard of a 5-star hotel, this 3-bed condo is located in The Villas South at Whisper Way close to the heart of Reunion Resort. This large 1,700 sq ft luxury vacation condo is located in Building Q, on the second floor.
This truly is a luxurious three-bedroom condominium. This corner condo is truly a charm. Extra windows allow for natural sunlight to flood this gorgeous unit. The ultra-spacious living room and dining area have been tastefully furnished to an extremely high standard. Plush sofas surround the 55-inch Smart LED TV. There is also a fully functional kitchen which is very well equipped with the latest stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. The separate dining area has a beautiful dining table with seating for 6. Guests staying in this condo will enjoy luxury and comfort as no expense has been spared. An Accidental Damage Protection (ADP) fee will be required to cover any reported accidental damage to this property and its contents
There is a one-time departure cleaning fee for all stays
Final payment due 45 days prior to your arrival
The guest making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older.
Bookings made within 30 days of the arrival date must check-in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted.
Vacation rentals may not be used for events or group gatherings that exceed the maximum occupancy.
A rental agreement must be signed by the lead guest making the reservation, along with a full list of guest names that will be staying in the property.
We use a third party to verify identification and fraud risk, based on the findings we could cancel the reservation.

Third party platforms such as Airbnb may not allow optional fees to be displayed in the check-out cart of their website. The condo was spacious, clean and having three full bathrooms was amazing! We didn't spend much time in the resort as we were busy visiting Disney and Universal which were only a short drive away. Check in and out were easy. There was a very large bees' nest on the porch, so we were not able to sit outdoors. The management company was very responsive and contacted pest control. This was obviously something that could happen anywhere and with the high temperatures, we were not likely to sit outdoors much anyway. One thing I didn't expect that others should know is that you are not guaranteed access to the pools. I discovered the day before our arrival that pool access cards are limited and distributed to guests on a first come, first served basis. I was able to get one but it did cause some concern and required having to drive to the property management office which is off site during their business hours to retrieve our card. It was an inconvenience but it wouldn't deter me from returning to this condo as it was great space for my family. It's good to know, however, if you are expecting to spend time at the pools. The management company is aware of this challenge is reported that they are always trying to work with the resort to obtain more cards for guests. Hopefully it will get better in the future.

The air conditioning never went pass 82 degrees I didn’t notice until our last night because we spent very little Tim in the room prior to our last night.
