Manilva Playa 2188 Vistas al Mar

Nice small flat with a view of the sea to the east and to the community pool. Part of two very large 6-7 story buildings arranged in a L shape.

A little maintenance was due (door, door panel, replacing the normal coffee machine). Also the water heater was off when we came, so had to wait an hour for hot water to take a shower. The bed tables could be real tables with space for things and perhaps a drawer. The glazed terrace quickly became too hot. An awning or sun film could help (if allowed by the community rules). Finding the place was a bit difficult as the GPS coordinates provided were not correct. Besides there were no signs related to the address itself. The remote control did not respond well or got out of sync, leading to more wasted time trying to find the right entrance.

Overall poor condition building, not close to much. Picking up keys and late check in are a pain. The worst is that there is a guy called “pool control” from 3-5pm who blows a whistle and yells for everyone to be quiet for 2 hours.
