The accommodation has 2 bedrooms and 2 complete bathrooms, as well as a magnificent 24 square metre terrace with a beautiful sea view.

It is located on the second floor with lift and parking in the building itself.

On the beach, easily accessible on foot, there are 2 fantastic beach bars where you can eat and enjoy beach days and nights by the sea.

1 km away there is another commercial area with 2 supermarkets and 3 km away is the town of San Luis de Sabinillas, with all the necessary services for daily life and its leisure and catering offer.



For nautical enthusiasts, within a 5 km radius are the marinas of La Duquesa and Sotogrande, where you can also enjoy polo, cafés, restaurants and bars where you can have fun at any time of day or night.

Ideal for golf lovers, with several of the best golf courses in Europe, such as El Cortesín, Valderrama, Sotogrande or La Reserva within a 10 km radius.

For shopping enthusiasts, less than 20 minutes by car, we have Gibraltar in one direction and Puerto Banús and Marbella in the other.

Tarifa and the Natural Park of the Strait of Gibraltar are less than an hour away, to enjoy windsurfing, kitesurfing and virgin beaches.
