Great location! Unit 301 was nice and clean. Loved the deck.
Forget about getting any sleep due to noise. There was a banging sound that could be heard through out the night, people were loud in hallways, the traffic was soo loud in our room it felt like they were driving through it. So none of us got much sleep due to the noise. The elevator was scary and made scraping and thud noises so we used the stairs a lot.

The view from the balcony. Well equipped apartment.
Lift not working so had to carry heavy suitcases / shopping up 48 stairs to get to unit. The communal areas of the building including the unit front door are in very poor condition and in need of redecorating or replacing. Building security also an issue as people wedged the main entrance door open. Not suitable for elderly or disabled people with an unreliable lift as unit is on the third floor.
