About this apartment rental
***Beach Nourishing currently in effect, beach access might be blocked during the month of September and maybe October, please consult with booking agency or the Pinellas county site for more details*** Welcome to the Palm Suite! Equipped with smart TVs in every room, whole building water filtration system and free high speed internet, this suite boasts 2 queen size bedrooms, One bathroom with a tub/shower and a full kitchen, stocked with supplies, this suite also has a private full sized washer and dryer in the unit. A large balcony grants direct views or the Gulf of Mexico and overlooks the beach and outdoor area.
Ample parking on site, including an assigned parking space. Located across the street from the best restaurant in town, Salt Rock Grill. There is also a Sunday market during season, directly across the street at Town Hall. Town Hall also offers free tennis courts, a children s park on the water and a library, all literally across the street!
The pool and hot tub are open, hot tub is on a set timer to ensure it cycles properly and water doesn't evaporate. We ask that equipment is not touched during your stay. It turns on at 6pm until 10pm, no children under 12 allowed in hot tub, no exeptions. Glass not allowed in pool area.
And just on a personal note, I pride myself on offering a rental that cleans WAY above and beyond our competition. I learned bedspreads are only mandated to be laundered twice a year. Did you just fall out of your chair? Grossest thing Ive ever heard. We wash ours each time. EACH TIME. Yes. You re welcome. So snuggle up with confidence, my friends.
Note: Larger groups wanting to rent the entire building if you book individual units for the same visiting group of families or friends, we will need to cancel and rebook the building. Please understand there's an added value for the privacy to rent the entire building. Thank you!

We had a lovely time. Plenty of space and amenities in a great location and grateful for their hard work to recover from the storms. Our unit had a fantastic patio with awesome view of the gulf. It’s very quaint and intimate being only 3 units. While all the patios face the pool with great views, there are no time restrictions on pool use so it was disappointing to have kids playing after 10pm who didn’t quiet after requests made. We were excited and discussing booking again, but sadly after the noise issue was ignored we likely won’t be back and will be mindful of pool location and rules of other places.

Love sitting on the balcony looking out over the Gulf

Prior to check in, the communication with the host was good, however I messaged them 2x after check in and never got a reply. Upon arrival, the sliding glass doors were jammed and it took me almost 30 mins to get them open. The handle on the front door was almost falling off and had to be tightened to stay secure. The TV in the first room wasn't connected to any wifi or cable box so couldn't be used and the remote had lost it's back the batteries were corroded so it did not work, we used the remote from the 2nd room to find no connections to anything for watching. The 2 table lamps in the living room area were unplugged and 1 was missing knobs to turn on. The lights in the kitchen flickered when and while the AC was running, almost to point of giving you a headache. The patio porch area was in decline and sagging in places. There were also ends of rusty nails showing that my granddaughter got scratched from. Overall, the condo was clean, the linens were fresh and the AC worked really good, the view was amazing but for what we paid, I would have thought it would have been in better shape inside. We stay at the beach often and were not impressed with this stay.
