Close to downtown. Nice terrace overlooking downtown and ocean from distance. Easy to park the car rental on street.
The building is run down and dark to access at night. It is located on 4th floor so we had to carry heavy luggage up the stairs! The shower door needed maintainance. Mattress not that comfortable.

Apartamento muito bom , grande e limpo !! Tudo que vc precisa na cozinha para cozinhar . Uma vista linda e um parque na frente para fazer caminhadas pela trilha e chegar até o centro . As escadas do prédio não são ruins para subir , bem tranquilo . Estacionar nas ruas atrás do prédio super fácil.
Nada a declarar , gostamos de tudo .

La limlimpieza y el estilo del apartamento coincidiendo con la descripción. Todos los electrodomésticos el aire las camas y el menaje en muy buen estado. el sistema de apertura y cierre sin fallos
Los baños pequeños y con poco mantenimiento, la situación del apartamento, no tenia ascensor cosa que no se menciona en el anuncio, la terraza muy sucia y poco cuidada. Complicado aparcar
